Internet installation issue and technician cancelation


Absolutely terrible service from Proximus. My internet installation has been delayed again and again because of your mistakes, wrong address registration, technicians not showing up, canceled appointments, and zero communication. I have wasted my time multiple times staying home waiting, and still nothing is solved. This is now beyond unacceptable. What kind of customer service is this? Please take responsibility and fix this issue immediately.

Absolutely unacceptable service from Proximus. After multiple failures, my boyfriend even took a day off work for a Monday appointment, and you still sent a technician to the wrong address ,  a mistake we had already reported several times. Because of your incompetence, we were forced to cancel another confirmed appointment and reschedule even further. We both work and cannot keep clearing our schedules every time you make a mistake. This is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Get this sorted immediately.

I read that technician had wrong adress . Could you please rewrite it in your Profil ? 

I could immediatly report the problem to technical service and check if a quick appointment is possible.
