İ buy new phone 2 day ago but it still hasn't come where is my phone 😄

You probably will not receive any reaction from Proximus collaborators (moderators)  on this public forum before monday

Anyway normally you first should receive an e-mail from Proximus with an expected delivery date

Next you should obtain an e-amil from Bpost with a tracking code to follow your packet

And then on delivery date you should receive another e-mail from Bpost (you packet will be deliverd today between x and y time)

Conseil 1:Indiquez dans votre forum login profile votre n° client et n° tél (utilisez un champ libre p.ex. ticket pour toute info spécifique/privé au problème), info uniquement visible par les collaborateurs Proximus // Conseil 2: Consultez les FAQ https://www.proximus.be/support/fr/id_zwpr_support/particuliers/support.html
