No fibre for our house. 1 out of 100 house


I have tested all the addresses on our street and fibre is available at all of them. Our direct neighbours also confirm that they have fibre. However, when I test for ours, it says works have to be done. There is a DTPF on our façade.  

Why isn't it possible for Proximus to fix the problem with the DTPF if there is one?

I have been told that I have to wait until February 2026! This is truly unacceptable. 

Please tell me that there is an easy fix. Our house is a single family home and I give my authorization for the façade to be pierced for the installation of the fiber optic cable.
