no reply?


I have been sending you emails since the 29th May. You have my wrong contact details (mobile number) and I asked you several questions concerning my installation on the 9th June. You did not reply. I have sent you a couple of reminders and nothing. I sent you on Facebook and nothing. Are you there? I also asked you on whether you have a promotion on unlimited internet as I only need unlimited internet. You also did not reply. I sent you my I.D. card details, as requested, and you also did not reply. What is going on? Are you professionals? bjorn.cassar@hotmail.com

Sorry, it’s not normal that you did not get an answer to your emails. I asked my colleague to contact you to answer your questions. He assured me that your installation will be done tomorrow and that he will follow up on your request.
