I had an internet installation appointment November 21,2023 at 8am until 17pm but unfortunately no one showed up, No one tried to contact me and tell me that no one’s gonna pass by. I took a special day off just to have this internet appointment fix but my day was wasted waiting for no one. Atleast send your customer an email or a message telling that no technician well come. I tried calling the proximus hotline but they weren’t very helpful. Im disappointed on how unprofessional you guys handle the situation given the fact that PROXIMUS is one of the leading internet providers in belgium. Please solve this issue immediately, Thankyou!
