Plus de tonalité sur mon téléphone fixe

Bonjour, désoler mon poste peut être clôturé ou supprimé. Un technicien est venu ce matin et à corriger le problème. C’était juste un câble légèrement abimer à la source qui ne faisait plus contacte.Sinon si je peux me permettre, mon profil contient normalement mon numéro de téléphone ainsi que le numéro de client.

Merci pour votre réponse. Oui je m’en doutais un peu, j’aviserai demain matin.Oui j’ai également testé sur la prise ou de base est branché la box, mais malheureusement même résultat.
