Hello team,

Working in Blv Tirou/Rue des Ecluses builing area in Charleroi, in front of Tirou Tram station, since a couple of month, 4G Data Network and Mobile phone signal level is very very pool quality and coverage. Even 3G.

Different colleagues do experience same 4G pool network : pool data reception and/or frequently interrupted phone calls, even working close to windows. The ones powered by Orange are not impacted by such a pool network quality.

Very annoying as more and more, multi factor authentification (MFA/2FA/Itsme/...) rely on smartphone notification that requires data network.

Could you have a look from your side ?

I think it should be in the same building than “Le forem” ? Or just near ?

This area in Charleroi is subject to a lot of saturation. Right now we already consolidate the network in Rive Gauche but not yet in this part of the Boulevard Tirou

 

We know that there are issue in this part of Charleroi but we haven’t yet any plan to improve the network there

Please report issue internally, to see what can be done to improve coverage. Very painfull at some time range.
