Nonstop Proximus Partner calls - make them stop!


Since joining Proximus, I’ve received nonstop Proximus Partner calls everyday. I keep blocking the number, but they try from a new one. This is not a good way to treat new business customers, and does not make me want to purchase a mobile device from Proximus - both now or in the future. It’s very off-putting.

These are not calls from Proximus company. The numbers themselves are not hosted from Proximus but from another provider….

There is unfortunately nothing we can do from our side. Here is what you can do for unwanted calls :

@Maxime R The calls started after I joined Proximus, and they introduced themselves as a Proximus Partner and tried to sell me a mobile device for my subscription. Clearly my information was passed along to this “external company.”
