10 days ago I received my number from *base*. I transferred it to proximus. Today is the 11th day and it still hasn't passed. You mentioned a maximum of 3 business days in your subscription transaction application. I want this to be resolved as soon as possible.

Plz enter in your profile your account number and full name, my colleague of the admin service’ll send the port in again to Lyca as a postpaid
