Coming home from a long week at work, I found my internet shut down! I spend 30 minutes on the phone, finally someone answers, very unpolite, only speaking French, refusing to discuss anything unless I know my phone number in question. Well, there is no phone linked to my internet / TV, so he tells me to check my bill, which I cannot check as I have no internet. Next Ms. Anicia takes over, telling me I have an unpaid bill from August, so, without any notification, they have shut down my internet. I try to explain to her that I have tried to pay several times, but that the company has returned my payments. She tells me several times that that is impossible, refuses to give me any other possible person to talk to and refuses to give her email or any other email where I could send my proof of (trying to pay) payment and their returns. Then she proceeds to estimate that I have insulted her and hangs up on me. I cannot find any normal customer service number or name of such a person, what is this company really, amazing!
If anyone knows how to assist, could you let me know? Now I have agreed on a direct debit with them, and they are taking whatever extra payments from my account.
