I hope you are doing well. I am with proximus for more than 4 Years and i have a student internet subscription at home. For the past months, i was getting the billing in full without any student subscription. I contacted the helpline multiple times and they always told me to send them the student card which i did in due time. And still there was no solution. This continued for 3 months with no solution. So, today, i went to the proximus store in person and explained the situation. They added student card to my subscription and they asked me to contact the helpline for refund. While contacting the helpline, they told me that they can’t refund in full but only for the last 3 months.
I contacted the helpline in due time and actually multiple time. And the problem is from your company’s end.
I request to get the full refund.
