As a residential customer your can cancel your subcription (or parts of it)  via your MyProximus account

 

Hello @Luana99 , your internet / tv contract is undeterminated so you can cancel it whenever you want. For mobiles, you signed up for 24 months. The 0470 ***** 4 has a contract until 31/01/2022 and the 0471 ***** 5 until 17/09/2021.
