 I want to add some data for my account, but it's impossible, because I'm under 18. I'm living in Belgium without my parents, what can I do with that?..

I am afraid you will have to wait for a reaction of a Proximus employee (moderator) on this public forum

Is the Proximus account involved on your name or is it on the name of (one of) your parents abroad or eventually your “guardian” (and cann’t it not be done by them)?

 

Basically however minors do have the legal capacity to make purchases under normal management.cfr website below (in French)

In order to help you, please enter your customer number in the ticket field of your profile.
If you are under 18 years old, you cannot actually have a subscription in your name, it is the account holder who can make changes to the account.
