Hello, one month ago I contracted a internet pack with proximus -Internet Maxi epic kot-. I showed all my student information so I obtained the student discount. I made 2 requirements because the system did not work well at that moment so I cancelled one of them in a shop. I received the cancellation mail but the installation day 2 persons came to home. I explained them that I had cancelled one of the requirements the problems is:
My bill has an fee for -Late cancellation of order-.
When I asked for the service the advertising showed an "Free fee” for the installation so I want to know if I can modify my bill and reduce the amount. or The late cancellation fee is for the normal installation
