Problem with bill

Hello

I had a FREE PROMO PACKAGE from

20 September to 20 December 2025

I stopped my contract on 10 December 2025

I have very strange amounts and bill calculations including a reminder 10 EUR in November 2025 when

my package was FREE from 20 September, October, November ….. so what is this BILL reminder from November 2025.

The entire bill is a huge mess which I do not understand at all.

Can you please explain it to me so that it makes some sense?
