Firmware FRITZ (toutes versions confondues) céritifés Proximus

Bonjour,

 

Pouvez-vous indiquer un endroit (lien web, pdf, peu importe) où l’on peut vérifier la liste des firmware certifiés proximus pour les différents modem/routeur AVM Fritz svp ?

on ne peut plus se fier aux mises à jour auto de Fritz puisque par exemple pour la Fritz 3490, ils poussent la 7.12 depuis aout 2019 alors que proximus la refuse et passe les lignes en “repair” si on met à jour.

La B-Box 3 a toujours eu des ports 1 Gbps. La B-Box 2 avait des ports 100 Mbps :slight_smile:

Il existe aussi :

Elles possèdent toutes des ports Gigabit :slight_smile:

 

En même temps, la B-Box 3 est faite pour une utilisation basique. Pour une utilisation plus poussée, on la passe en bridge et on lui accole un bon routeur, ou alors on utilise un A-mod (B-Box 3 sans la partie routeur et réservé aux clients business) :slight_smile:

Il n’existe pas (et n’existera pas) une telle liste de Proximus (les Fritzboxes sont certifiées pour et à la demande d’un opérateur alternative);

tant que le législateur/régulateur (national et/ou européen) ne se reveille(nt) pas les Fritzboxes ne sont de facto que tolérées sur le réseau Proximus …

Comme le précise @M_016F, Proximus ne supporte officiellement que les b-box et ne propose qu’un support très limité des FRITZ!Box.

Il y a 6 mois, le firmware n'était pas certifié et pourtant était deja poussé depuis aout 2019 sur les frtiz belge, vous etiez d'ailleurs intervenu pour demander si j'étais bien en 7.01. on ne peut donc pas faire confiance a l'auto update de fritz : https://fr.forum.proximus.be/internet-10/attente-du-dlm-depuis-plus-de-3-mois-pour-passage-a-100-mbit-44211

Il y a effectivement eu un cafouillage au moment de la certification de la 07.12/13 : elle a été mise sur liste blanche alors qu’elle n’était pas encore dans le FTP.

Mais je rejoins les liens donnés par @M_016F et EDPnet pour qui il s’agit du modem de référence : la 07.12/13 est la dernière version certifiée à fonctionner sur le réseau VDSL belge. Si elle est dans le répertoire belge dans le FTP d’AVM pour la 3490, c’est qu’elle fonctionne sur le réseau belge.

Testé et approuvé pendant plusieurs d’utilisation sur ma propre FRITZ!Box, tout comme d’autres utilisateurs sur ADSL-BC ou Bel-Com.

Avez-vous bien vérifié la fonction “Utiliser le driver DSL de la version précédente” : point 3 ? Avez-vous tenté le test de bonne fin au 080022424 ?

De plus, vous dites que la fritz est tolérée par Proximus... enfaite non, ils sont tenu légalement de proposer au moins une alternative a leur matériel pour accéder à internet car internet est devenu un droit. Le fait de "certifier" les firmware fritz n'est pas un cadeau,. c'est une question de légalité.

 

Moi je ne comprends pas QUI et QUAND décide de cette certification et surtout OÙ l'on peut trouver cette information CAPITALE pour les personnes qui souhaitent se passer de la bbox qui est toujours en 100mb pour le réseau interne, présente des problèmes techniques récurrents (fatigue ou faiblesse) ds certains cas d'utilisation plus pointus et spécifiques.

D'autant plus que l'interface est trop légère et toylike pour une utilisation pro.

Je le redis : Proximus ne fournira un support total que pour les b-box. Ils pourront potentiellement aider pour certains points concernant la FRITZ, mais c’est (plutôt) rare. Le support total de ces modems est à retrouver chez des opérateurs comme EDPnet ou Télésat qui passe par le réseau DSL pour l’internet et la téléphonie.

Qui s’occupe de la certification ? AVM avec Proximus et l’IBPT (si on en croit ces infos de 2014 sur Userbase). Peut-être que ça a changé depuis.

:) il faudra me dire quelle marque et version de la BBOX3 dont vous disposez pcq j’en ai 3 en rab me permettant de faire les dépannages chez des clients en attendant le remplacement de leur BBOX defect (pcq oui ca arrive vrmt frequemment) et chez nos clients ce sont des BBOX 3 sagem en majorité (il y a qlqs technicolor parfois) mais les ports ethernet sont en 100mbits/s pas de gigabits lan  ;)

C’est la fois de trop. Quand on vend un service professionnel (j’entends par là la connexion Bizz) on fournit les informations nécessaires au staff informatique interne pour parer à ce genre d’éventualités.
La mise à jour de appareils de type Fritz a sont effectivement à la charge du client(donc du staff informatique interne) mais si proximus bloque des firmware et les “valide” puisqu’au sinon connexion bridée à fond les manettes , ils devraient être tenu de fournir l’information.

Cela signifiait simplement qu’on pouvait mettre à jour manuellement la version de l’OS et on ne tombait pas en fallback. Maintenant que la 07.12/13 se trouvent dans les répertoires Belgium pour les modèles compatibles, ces mises à jour sont proposées automatiquement pour les Box configurées en mode Belgique. Rien de plus.

Pour les mises à jour, ce n’est pas Proximus, mais AVM qui communique généralement sur ces canaux quand des mises à jour ou de nouveaux modèles sont certifiés pour le réseau VDSL belge. 😉

Donc les versions ont probablement évoluées, moi je n’ai affaire qu’à des bbox3 100mbits et si vous cherchez sur le forum, vous verrez que d’autres sont dans le cas, ils ont probablement encore des stock de versions +anciennes à écouler. Cable cat5e ou cat 6 avec switch GiGabits restent en 100mbits et si ont y connecte un périphérique compatible gigabit, la connexion se fait bien en 100M ;)

Enfin bref, quoi qu’il en soit, ce sont des routeurs vrmt cheap et toylike, ce n’est pas l’a-propos de la question initale.
La demande était simplement d’obtenir un endroit où l’on peut avoir l’information officielle des dernières versions validées, manifestement ca n’existe pas et il faut absolument se fier au mise à jour auto qui ont déjà prouvées par le passé leurs faiblesses...c’est vrai que nicker les profils de dizaine de clients et remettre en cause la crédibilité d’un prestataire, ce n’est pas grave mdr

@Darkstudio, cela fait plusieurs semaines que FRITZ!OS 07.12 est certifié pour fonctionner sur le réseau DSL de Proximus. Pour éviter de recevoir des mises à jour qui ne sont pas certifiées, il faut bien vérifier que le pays dans la configuration de FRITZ!Box est bien sur Belgique.

Laut Aussage von AVM kann die Fritzbox 7590 mit os 7.21 genutzt werden wenn :

 

Effectivement le dernier FRITZ!OS certifié par Proximus est le 7.13.
Il n'est pas possible de downgrade l'os à moins que vous ne disposiez de l'image d'une version précédente.
Si vous connectez votre FRITZ!Box 7590 INT, Proximus risque de transferer votre connexion sur la ligne de réparation.
Dans ce cas, vous devrez les contacter et demander un reset de votre connexion.

En revanche, je vous invite à faire la manipulation suivante dans l'interface FRITZ! qui vous permettra d'utiliser votre FRITZ!Box en 7.21 sans contrainte:

-Onglet Internet /Paramètres de performance/ sélectionner "utiliser la version DSL précédente"

-Important ensuite de vérifier dans l'onglet système/Mise à jour automatique que le niveau 1 soit sélectionné,
 sinon la mise à jour automatique de votre FRITZ!Box va décocher le paramètre DSL précédente, et le problème persistera.

-Si vous souhaitez Mettre à jour votre FRITZ!Box à l'avenir, pensez à toujours sélectionner ce paramètre.

Ist eine Schande das proximus mich schneller auf Updates reagiert. Es ist als wäre man 1940 sorry aber so fühlt man sich bei proximus.
