I am experiencing a 100% internet outage since Saturday, May 9, at night.
The fibre modem (PRV3305B) is only showing the “Power” light on, and sometimes it will alternate between on and off. No other lights on.
On the internet box, the “Internet” LED is constantly red, and the “WiFi” LED is blue.
I power-cycled the modem and then the internet box, but nothing happens, they go back to this no-connection state.
