I have recently moved into a 3 story house. The modem is a separate apartment and the installer used PCL to get internet to the Wifi on all three floors and the Bbox. Now we have all our electric equipment installed in the house the speeds are slow to stopped in some of the floors and the light on the CPL flashes red or red and white. I have followed instructions but cannot see a solution. One would be to move the modem to a phone jack closer to the main users. Each room in the house has a phone jack but they are four pin as the only ADSL socket is where the modem currently is. Another solution might be to use the phone line for internet over phone line but i cannot see any available hardware to try that.
