Question

Port 80 and 443

Forum|alt.badge.img

Hi,
Like many other people I also seem to have ports 80 and 443 blocked even after setting the “advanced mode” option.
I am sure that the port forwarding works on the router and my part as I tried it with other ports and there were no issues.

Is there anything that helped others experiencing the same problems?

Thanks,

Tamas

Hello @tbo,

I can confirm you that regarding your line, ports 80 and 443 are well opened from our side.

Dear Maxime,

Thanks for the quick reply. Unfortunately, there seems to be an ISP level filtering. I can access my port 80 from inside proximus but not from outside of proximus network. Could you please double check the config? Alternatively what is the proper way to log this issue as a ticket?

Thanks,

Tamas

Hi @tbo I see that the ports are open. Could you reset the modem and tell us what happens please?

Hallo,

Bonjour,

I have a similar problem, I have through Scarlet ticket the advanced options for port opening, as well as created two port mapping (80 and 443). The status in the router admin is “OK” however testing from sites which offer port testing tools (and also nmap localhost), show that 80 and 443 are closed. Any suggestion towards how to solve this would be most appreciated.

@Critical Raw BV Like @David W said, if Scarlet is your ISP, you must contact them. Proximus cannot provide any help for Scarlet customers.
