BAD, BAD, BAD AND BAD. PROXIMUS THE WORST THING EVER CAN HAPPEN TO YOU. I DONT ADVICE TO GET WITH THEM.


Message from proximus helpdesk after paying a day ago the service: 

Hello, we didn't receive you payment yet. depending on banks it can take 1 or 2 business days for a bank payment to be processed. Once your payment will be received here your services will be automatically reactivated.

 

after 48h I still can’t use my service, knowing that I’m traveling and I need a line to use!!

NOW THEY ARE SAYING THAT I NEED TO WAIT ANOTHER 48h TO USE MY SERVICE JUST BECAUSE “SARAH” from PROXIMUS HELL DESK, WANTS.

so you really want to have this kind of problem traveling? Paying them almost a 100€ per month just for 4G on my phone. 
DONT GET WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL DESTROY YOU AND LEAVE YOU WHEN YOU MORE NEED IT. 
go somewhere else because I feel stolen.
