New problem today: cannot connect to skynet (E-mail).

Fault message: Échec de l’envoi du mot de passe pour l’utilisateur xxxxxxxxx@skynet.be. Le serveur de courrier pop.skynet.be a répondu : please send PASS command

How do we fix this?

Problem solved OK yesterday, via chat with Proximus.

Solution: “mise à jour”, but I don’t know of what.

The mailbox was closed probably because the address is not attached to an active account.
