TV does not working

Hi,

Since Saturday afternoon TV does not work and restarting all the devices did not help.

“pas de connexion...”. Call your service is of course impossible.. There are also constant problems with wifi as well (for the moment works.).

Have you ever tried to reset your modem? Could this solve the problems you are currently experiencing?
