Does anyone know if Proximus support prepaid SIM card switch to eSIM and how much it cost? Also, in case of postpaid SIM I have to pay the cost of change from sim to eSIM and from eSIM to SIM back?

Hi @Misiak 

A swap to eSIM is free but it’s only possible in case of  postpaid not prepaid.

N'hésitez surtout pas à compléter votre profil en indiquant votre numéro de ligne ou de client.
