Hello @Eva Vita  I am sorry to hear about your situation, it is indeed not normal and does not reflect what Proximus wants to offer in terms of customer experience.  I understand that this is very annoying for you and I apologize on behalf of Proximus for this inconvenience. I note that a new appointment has been scheduled for Tuesday 06 December. I'm sorry, but you have received the wrong information regarding additional internet data. Your mobile subscription must be with Proximus in order to receive additional data. However, don't hesitate to come back to us as soon as your internet is back online, we will calculate a compensation for you. I wish you a nice day.    Dear @Julie T, the fibre was activated  on 12/12. I see that I have received a full invoice with a due date of 25/12. How does it work for the calculation of the compensation you have mentioned in your message? Many thanks!

Dear @Sophie L., many thanks! Indeed, the technician passed on Monday and was able to activate the internet connection. For the moment it has been working well. Good day to you too!

Many thanks, @Vanessa P! Do you know if the same technician will come on Monday? He said that he believed he found the solution. I am just concerned that if a new ones comes he might not be well-briefed on the type of issue to be solved.

Thank you, @Julie T!Indeed, a new technician came on 6/12 but could not solve the issue. He said he would come on 7/12 at 18h when I was busy and had to ask someone else to go to my apartment and open - despite the arrangements nobody came. Surprisingly and without prior notice, on 8/12 I had a phone call from the technician that he would come in 20 min. I had commitments far away from home and there was no way to make it in such a short notice. The technician said that he cannot come later or the next day.Who am I supposed to contact now, so that they do not send me a fourth technician, who would not know again what the problem could be and how to solve it? My working schedule is very intense for the next days and I cannot dedicate entire days of waiting to answer a possible phone call (especially during important meetings). Is there a way of written exchange and confirmation with Proximus, apart from this open forum?

I had a normal internet connection working perfectly fine until a mass campaign in front of our buildings to convince us to switch to fiber. My appointment (for which I was not in a hurry) was on 24/11/2022 when after 6 hours of work (until almost 22h) the technician told me he managed to install the fiber but cannot activate it due to issues in the system. In the meantime, my normal internet connection was cut. So, I have remained without internet since then. I was told it will be activated the day after around 11 am. I had to arrange to find a proper working place for the morning and come back at lunch to check - it was not working. On the phone I was promised it will be activated in the afternoon. It was not. After another long waiting on the phone for support, I was told that a complaint was filed in my name and a technician should come on Saturday to check. Not sure if this was done as nothing appeared on my profile and nobody came. After several other calls during the weekend, a
