impossibilité de commander un smartphone + abonnement

Bonjour,J’ai récemment fait une commande d’un smartphone avec abonnement. Un Oneplus 11 5G 16Gb/256Gb Noir. J’ai d’abord reçu un mail de confirmation de la commande mais le lendemain j’ai reçu un mail de confirmation d’annulation me demandant de me rendre chez un shop pour refaire la commande. Je m’y suis rendu et refait ma commande. Mais en validant j’ai un message disant “Actuellement, vous ne pouvez pas commander une offre combinée appareil et abonnement en ligne.”
