Since 15 of September that I made an order I have not received anything YET!!! (mobile, decoder, booster ect). When I complaint about the delays and the lack of support your specialist “euronamur” referred to me as   “JERK” and “IDIOT”

Is this is the customer support of Proximus?

euronamur simply referred to the reaction of the Proximus collaborator Sophie L. taken over above

the footnotes/signatures in the messages of euronamur do not refer to you or other persons

 

Proximus collaborators are again on line on the forum as of tomorrow and will be able to provide you feedback or will be able to cancel your order if you want to do so (15/09 → 25/10 indeed should normally be considered as an abnormal/too long delivery time)

Euronamur (who doesn’t work at Proximus) have only posted the other link because this topic talk about the same subject. So you don’t have to be angry… :wink:
