Latence+ping Sur Shadow (+Issue IPv4/IPv6)

I would really like to have that problem solved too. I use my shadow for work related projects and lately each day I need to wait for midnight for it to work normally. This is very uncomfortable.  Proximus Team: Please give us some ETA on the solution, or at least let us know it is on the horizon. Thank you!

Soucis lié à la perte de paquets (Shadow)

Hello!    I am Matt and I have exactly the same problem. I use my Shadow PC for work and this issue severely influences my projects and deadlines.  I connect to Shadow from Leuven to Dunkirk (FR) and in the peak hours 15-23 each day I get 250ms+ latency. Sometimes it goes to 10-15 seconds!  This makes my Shadow PC unusable during these hours.  In the past it was working great at any time and starting from some time ago, I started having these latency / packet loss issues.    My technical experience on networks is not very high and I would need help solving this.  I assume PROXIMUS Team is aware of this issue, is there any solution on the horizon?    Thank you in advance for your help and more information.    Matt    Hello, Apparently, yes, everyone seems to know, but they're rather slow to apply a solution.. The only workaround is to use a VPN. Between having 300ms with the normal connection or 30-40ms with a VPN.. the second solution is better, even if not the b
